We are delighted that you have chosen to buy your used vehicle from Dyson Cars Ltd. We have done everything possible to ensure your vehicle meets your expectations but in the unlikely event that you encounter a problem we are here to help.

Terms & Conditions:
Deposits to secure vehicles are non refundable.
Refunds within the first 30 days of ownership are subject to you, the customer, demonstrating that the serious fault existed on the car when you purchased it.
It is the customers responsibility to return the vehicle to Dyson Cars ltd for inspection before any repairs or refunds are authorised or carried out.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days once the vehicle has been returned and inspected. If there was a part exchange, and this car is still available, Dyson Cars Ltd, reserve the right to return the car as part of the refund, at the part exchange value, less any costs incurred on the car (paintwork, service work etc), or retain the part exchange car and provide the monetary value instead.
Where a customer had negative equity, it will be their responsibility to repay the amount to Dyson Cars Ltd once the car has been returned. Any finance agreement will be cleared once the car is returned.
Where a viable repair is preferred, we will be happy to do this. If a repair is uneconomical we reserve the right to offer an exchange or refund.
Service items required are not considered reasons for returning a vehicle. It is the customers' responsibility to maintain the car once purchased.
This does not apply to vehicles bought for high performance, commercial use, taxi or hire, reward purposes or trade purposes.

Which service will we provide for you?

We can introduce you to a number of lenders who may be able to help finance your vehicle.

This group of lenders provides us with a range of products which may be suitable for your vehicle purchase or leasing requirements.

We will explain the key features of those products to you and make a recommendation based on the affordability which is suitable for your demands and needs at the time it is made.

We are not Independent Financial Advisers and so are unable to provide you with undependent financial advice. There are also other sources of finance which you may wish to investigate.

We do not charge a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. However, the amount of commission we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount you pay to that lender under your credit agreement.

We have relationships with a number of lenders which could include commercial arrangements or wholesale funding under which we are required or have incentive to refer you to a particular lender first.

These commercial arrangements and the commissions we receive from lenders means we will not be able to give you impartial advice about entering into a finance agreement with a particular lender.

You may be able to obtain finance for the purchase from other lenders and we encourage you to seek alternative quotations.
